Charter Bookings / Terms and Conditions
MINIMUM BOOKINGS - Minimum numbers apply to all charters. We reserve the right to cancel any charter due to insufficient bookings.
ALCOHOL - Licensed bar onboard. STRICTLY NO BYO.
OTHER CHARTERS - Other charters not listed on services page available by arrangement. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
GROUPS & CLUBS - Groups and clubs are welcome and discounts do apply. Contact us to discuss your needs.
GST - Prices include GST unless stated.
PAYMENT & FINAL NUMBERS - Final number of passengers must be confirmed and full payment made prior to departure date. Additional passengers must pay upon boarding on day of charter.
CANCELLATIONS - If cancellation made by us we offer full refund or reschedule. If cancellation made by passenger within 1 week of charter we will refund payment minus 10% booking fee.
