Charter Bookings / Terms and ConditionsMINIMUM BOOKINGS - Minimum numbers apply to all charters. We reserve the right to cancel any charter due to insufficient bookings.ALCOHOL - Licensed bar onboard. STRICTLY NO BYO. Please click here to download our drinks list (94kb). OTHER CHARTERS - Other charters not listed on services page available by arrangement. Please contact us to discuss your needs. GROUPS & CLUBS - Groups and clubs are welcome and discounts do apply. Contact us to discuss your needs. GST - Prices include GST unless stated. PAYMENT & FINAL NUMBERS - $200.00 deposit required to secure all group bookings. Single bookings must be paid at time of booking. Final number of passengers must be confirmed and full payment made prior to departure date. Additional passengers must pay upon boarding on day of charter. CANCELLATIONS - If cancellation made by us we offer full refund or reschedule.
