Fuction Bookings / Terms and Conditions

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Full refund of cruise portion or reschedule is offered if cancelled due to inclement weather.

PAYMENT AND FINAL NUMBERS: Final number of guests and choice of menu must be confirmed and payment made 7 days prior to the function.

Minimum of 10 guests per function.

Additional guests and liquor account (if required) will be invoiced on the evening and is to be paid on the date of the function.

CANCELLATION: If a cancellation is made 1 week or more prior to the scheduled date we will refund 50% of the deposit. No refunds are issued if cancellation is less than 1 week before the scheduled date.

EXTENSIONS OF CHARTER DURATION: $100.00 per hour if pre arranged
$150.00 per hour if requested on the day/ night

ALCOHOL: MV Banks is fully licensed (see drinks list). We are able to special order to suit your needs. STRICTLY NO BYO.

INSURANCE: Our organisation will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of property left on the ship prior to, during or after your function.

You are responsible for any wilful damage or loss sustained to the ship by your guests during a charter or for damage to, or loss of, equipment hired by us for you.

SECURITY: Security may be required for some functions at a cost of $35.00 per hour. Please check if required when booking.

RECOMMENDED SUPPLIERS: We are happy to recommend suppliers for some services, including photographers, Flowers, Suit Hire, DJ’s, Etc.

ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation is available onboard MV Banks for up to 15 passengers at $60.00 per head. Other quality accommodation is available in the area. Please ask staff for recommendations.

GST: All prices include GST unless stated.
